Carne asada (beef), al pastor (marinated pork), grilled chicken, birria (shredded beef), chorizo, and soy chorizo (vegetarian option).

Includes: ​Tortillas, rice, beans, four salsas (spicy to non-spicy), onions, cilantro, limes, grilled onions & jalapenos.
Plates, silverware & napkins.
SIDE ORDERS
Each side order is for 50 people.
Guacamole $100
Pico de gallo $75
Tortilla chips $30
Sour cream $30
Shredded cheese $30
Aguas frescas $120 each: 5-gallon vitrolero, includes cups and ice.
POLICIES
50% Deposit required, due at booking to reserve your date (refundable up to two weeks before event).
The remaining 50% is due one week before the event (nonrefundable).
Extra serving time its available upon request (additional charge).
Travel fee for events outside Sacramento area.
